Fair City's Stephanie Kelly has a bold idea for her co-stars: she wants them to join her on the dance floor of 'Dancing with the Stars'! In an exclusive interview with RTÉ Entertainment, Kelly, who plays Sash Bishop in Fair City, expressed her enthusiasm for the show and her desire to see three of her co-stars take on the challenge. But here's where it gets controversial... Kelly's picks for the dance floor are Emily Lamey (Gwen), Joe Hanley (Hughie), and George McMahon (Mondo). She believes they'd be fantastic dancers, but she's aware that it might not be an easy decision for them. 'There's three stars I'd love to see do it. I think they'd be great! Whether they'll do it or not is another question!', she said. And this is the part most people miss... Kelly and her professional dance partner, Ervinas Merfeldas, are having a blast, and they're even writing a Fair City script where Merfeldas plays Sash's long-lost brother! Despite the high stakes and sore feet, Kelly is loving every minute of the show. 'I am so proud of myself. I didn't think I'd get this far,' she said. 'I remember saying to Ervinas, 'I just don't want to be the first to go home! If I can get to the second week, I'd be delighted!' The fact that I'm here now... I made it halfway!'. So, will Kelly's co-stars take the plunge and join her on the dance floor? And will Merfeldas' long-lost brother make an appearance in Fair City? Tune in to find out! Dancing with the Stars airs on Sundays at 6:30 pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player. Don't forget to share your thoughts in the comments below!
